Tamara was inspired to launch Recognition3, Inc. in 2008 out of her belief in the Great Place to Work Institute’s mission to improve society through the creation of better workplaces.
Tamara discovered her passion for helping companies get recognition for their great workplace cultures to a higher plane while working in human resources at Qualcomm. During her tenure there, Tamara innovated a company-wide recognition program that was honored by the Great Place to Work Institute as a Best Practice and spearheaded Qualcomm’s winning FORTUNE 100 Best Companies to Work For nominations seven years in a row.
Tamara has a Bachelor of Science in business and management from University of Redlands. When she’s not partnering with clients to enhance their workplace practices and increase their returns on their best workplace initiatives, she’s spending lots of quality time with her family, volunteering at her children’s schools, broadening her horizons through travel and staying active with her family and pups outdoors.
